Who Are We?
We are a student-run initiative dedicated to protecting Earth, one street at a time. Our members organize trash cleanups in and around the community of North County. Established by students from Carlsbad High School, we recognize the urgency of the climate crisis. Now, more than ever, it is important to recognize our role and responsibility to the environment. For the sake of current and future generations, as well as the coastal community surrounding us, C3 is committed to preserving the beauty of our planet.

How Participate in a Cleanup:

Check GroupMe for the details on the cleanup. No sign-up needed! Just show up with the required items listed below.

We work in pairs! Feel free to invite a friend to tag along. The more, the merrier!

Before the Cleanup: Please wait for the data sheets to be passed out. When you and your partner receive your sheet, look for your route.

During: Your team should follow the route provided, but if you deviate from it, please note your path taken on the same sheet. On the other sheets, tally the trash you pick up in the appropriate category.

After: When the team rejoins, please sort out any recyclables from your bag(s). Discard non-recyclables in the nearest trash can.

Please bring gloves and a reusable bag. Optionally, bring a trash picker.

ATTENTION: To do our part in reducing the spread of Covid-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY DURING ANY AND ALL CLEANUPS.
